- Provide the vision and lead Global Chapter capabilities build-out.
- Define specific chapter capabilities, with a harmonized set of roles and skills.
- Lead the team of local Chapter Leads or subchapter Leads based on the size of the global chapter.
- Translate the digital strategy and evolving product roadmaps into successful programs, and implement solutions for Digital Workplace domain
- Coordinate the planning, initiation, and monitoring of the portfolio at various levels of completion.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and resource optimization.
- Drive cross-chapter initiatives, with a focus on operational excellence.
- Plan resource allocation and identify new upcoming demand in partnership with Takeda´s Globa Digital, Data & Tech (GDD&T) colleagues ICC Heads and Global Chapter Leads.
- Work with tech domain specialists to develop their expertise, skills and know how of the Inteligent Workplace area.
- Engage proactively, collaborate and negotiate with key stakeholders across Takeda´s organization
- Review delivery progress and collaborate with GGD&T leaders and ICC colleagues to solve any issues or concerns that need to be addressed.
- Assess and balance the resourcing needs of the Global pods.
- Establish and communicate the calendars for Iterations and quarterly delivery plans.
- Plan, manage and control the Plan of Record (POR) for technology deliverables.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) in collaboration with global ICC Delivery and Operations teams to improve the efficiency and effectiveness across ICC processes
- Help manage risks and dependencies at the Planning Iterative level. Escalate and track impediments.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Business Administration or related fields.
- Project Management Professional, Disciplined Agile or Scrum Master
- 10+ experience managing complex portfolios, global engineering teams and/or end to end digital initiatives in the employee experience technology domain with a particular emphasis on implementing, monitoring the operation and evolving the following solutions:
- Microsoft Office, Automation (Power) and AI capabilities (Co-Pilot)
- Service Now
- Backend/FrontEnd development
- Mobile OS (Android or IOS)
- Other relevant digital workplace technologies, a plus
- Ability to communicate with Director and Senior Director level partners and stakeholders.
- Relevant experience working in a hybrid environment: on-site and virtual.
- Relevant experience working with multidisciplinary teams across the world in different countries and time zones and using Atlassian project management tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Strong understanding of digital portfolio & delivery management principles.
- Strong conflict resolution skills to empower teams and drive results.
- Strong experience analyzing issues and risks and work through approach and strategy to resolve or mitigate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills fostering collaboration and building strong relationships.
- Curious, pro-active and a true team player who works to the best of your abilities and inspires colleagues along the way.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives.
- Experience managing a wide portfolio of initiatives to meet expectations of stakeholders around the world.
- English Professional level, required
- Previous experience working in a pharmaceutical company, a plus.
