AXA IM Prime’s team of seasoned investment professionals has a long history of meeting AXA group’s ambitious investment targets whilst incorporating proactive ESG commitments and strict risk management criteria. AXA IM Prime oversees EUR30bn** of alternative assets, with EUR5bn** of commitments p.a. to further be deployed over the next 3 years.3. The main responsibilities of the roleAs an intern within the NAV Financing team, you will support and assist in developing a cash flow forecasting model for private equity funds, analyzing potential investments opportunities, as well as contributing to asset portfolio monitoring.More specifically:
- Contribute to the development of a cash flow forecasting model for private equity funds. This is a data-driven approach where projections are derived from past performance. Purpose is to enhance the financial modeling of NAV Financing transactions.
- Contribute to analysis of credit opportunities including review of information material and due diligence reports and assess associated credit merits and key risks.
- Preparation of comprehensive financial modelling (cash flow models and debt structures) together with sensitivity analysis and business valuation/debt coverage.
- Assess appropriate debt structures and terms, including review of term sheets and credit term agreements.
- Participate to the preparation of credit memos.
- Contribute to the execution and closing of an investment, working closely with internal and external parties as appropriate.
- Closely monitoring the financial performance of investments made and perform an adequate reporting and quarterly valuations on these.
- Final year of master’s degree in economics, engineering, or statistics.
- Strong analytical and statistical skills, proficiency in Excel.
- Fluency in written and spoken French and English.
