With a rich history spanning over five decades, they have built a reputation for delivering exceptional projects across a wide range of sectors. They boast a strong portfolio of Tier 1 projects and a secured pipeline that ensures ongoing stability and growth.About the RoleAs Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, and successful completion of assigned civil and landscape construction projects. You will lead a team of professionals, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive project plans and schedules.
Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
Oversee all aspects of project execution, including procurement, subcontractor management, and quality control.
Lead and motivate a team of project professionals.
Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and environmental standards.

The Ideal Candidate

Minimum 5+ years' experience in civil and/or landscape construction project management.
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
Strong understanding of civil and landscape construction methodologies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Leadership experience and the ability to motivate a team.
Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
A commitment to safety and a strong understanding of WHS legislation.
