Include among other things:
- Portfolio Management and Evaluation: Evaluate partner performance, identify high performers, and make strategic adjustments to partnerships and resource allocation.
- Relationship Building and Communication: Establish and maintain relationships with partners, particularly SMBs, through regular phone communication and messaging.
- Budget Allocation and Forecasting: Analyze portfolio allocation, set budget, and forecast expenses for marketing campaigns.
- Campaign Development and Implementation: Create marketing plans, forecast costs, and execute strategies to improve existing campaigns and explore new opportunities.
- Sales Activation and Offer Promotion: Sell room space in the app by effectively communicating the value of offers to partners and persuading them to promote them.
- Performance Analysis and Optimization: Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and adjust tactics to optimize resource allocation and improve results.
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or marketing roles, preferably within the restaurant or retail industry.
- Fluency in Czech and English.
- Analytical abilities, experience from using Excel/Google Sheets or a CRM system to assess performance
- Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport, convey messages effectively and develop compelling marketing materials.
