As a Human Resources Generalist for our esteemed client, a global leader in climate solutions, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting HR initiatives to align with their mission, ensuring compliance, and cultivating a vibrant workplace culture.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day HR inquiries and provide administrative support to the HR team.
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
- Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding tasks, including paperwork and orientation sessions.
- Administer employee benefits, including enrolments, changes, and inquiries, with a focus on payroll-related matters.
- Support HR initiatives and programs such as performance management and employee engagement surveys.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate seamless communication on HR-related matters.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Administrator or relevant HR role.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Proven Payroll experience.
