- Coordinate with the Account Managers and the IT Team to ensure timely procurement of goods and materials and order fulfillment
- Monitor inventory levels and send reminders to maintain optimal stock levels, as necessary
- Arrange transportation for incoming and outgoing deliveries, including selecting carriers and scheduling deliveries.
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery, resolving any issues or delays that may arise.
- Oversee our in house asset management system, tracking receiving, storing, and organizing goods.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and maintain shipping documents, including bills and customs forms.
- Ensure compliance with regulations governing transportation and import/export
- Serve as the SME for Account Managers regarding shipment inquiries, tracking, and delivery issues.
- Address customer concerns or complaints to ensure customer satisfaction, as necessary
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the logistics function.
- Implement and oversee changes to workflows, systems, or procedures to optimize logistics operations.
- Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Attention to detail and a focus on accuracy in all aspects of work
- Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software (ERP) is a plus
- Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience as a logistics coordinator
- A degree in BSc/BA in business administration, supply chain management or relevant field or any similar courses is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office applications (MS Excel, office 365)
