- Organize, compile, and update employee records (hardcopy and electronic).
- Manage and update HR databases with different information such as, disciplinary action, Training, PIP, PDP, etc.
- Prepare, manage, and file paperwork as required for HR Policies and Procedures.
- Assist with managing the administrative process for recruitment process.
- Perform reference and criminal checks for all shortlisted candidates.
- Assist with new employee onboarding.
- Assist with organising company-wide employee events e.g., year-end party, team building, lunches, etc.
- Proactively research and implement employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist with ad-hoc HR and CSI projects and relieving Reception as and when required.
