- Support and guide our premium customers through their S/4HANA transformation journey.
- Partner closely with global customers, working as part of our Premium Engagement - MaxAttention program service delivery.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in your area of expertise, providing quality assurance for key design decision reviews and supporting customers and partners during the build phase.
- Apply your techno-functional skills to solve customer design and build issues or challenges.
- Align with different SAP product teams on product roadmaps, enabling customers to choose the right paths during their implementation/upgrade life cycles.
- Advise customers on best practices and most optimum approaches related to the supported SAP product areas involved in customer implementations.
- Review customer design and ensure adherence to SAP best practices to achieve successful outcomes and to mitigate the risk of excessive enhancements/customizations.
- Apply your programming and debugging skills as needed.
- Experience with the Central Finance module of S/4HANA, including planning, implementation and troubleshooting all components including AIF, Central Payments, Finance and Controlling aspects of CFIN, and performance tuning.
- Experience with S/4HANA upgrades with the CFIN module.
- Experience in Group Reporting and related modules, including data collection forms, integration, best practices for Consolidation, Consolidation and Core processes, and Embedded Analytics for Group Reporting.
- Understanding of Intercompany Matching and Reconciliation, Master Data, Configuration Group Journal Entry, and Group Financial Statement Analytics & Planning via SAC Validation Engine.
- Familiarity with any additional SAP FICO modules.
- Experience with S/4HANA transformation processes (e.g., conversion, new implementation, and selective data transition).
- Proficiency in ABAP or at least debugging.
- Prior SAP IMS/Development experience.
- Graduate degree in IT, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Excellent customer focus, teamwork and communication skills.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English
