You will be:

Facilitating and leading client workshops.
Translating client requirements into functional designs.
Partnering with clients throughout the implementation lifecycle - from leading design, right through to go-live and hypercare.
Overseeing multiple Workday HCM modules.
Sharing your experience with junior team-members to help them grow and develop.
Contributing to the team's business development and market opportunities.
Positively contributing and impacting our KPMG teams through initiatives which build our culture and capabilities.

Proven track record of leading successful Workday HCM implementations, with a preference for Core HCM and Recruiting.
Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently, prioritise to meet deadlines and manage expectations where there are conflicting demands.
Strategic critical thinker, with an aptitude for using that skill to solve complex problems and plan for the future.
Teambuilding experience and skills, with a passion for conducting your best work with a diverse and multidisciplinary team around you to collaborate, share ideas, and learn together.
Relevant Workday HCM certifications (desirable for Core HCM and Recruiting).
