A well-established company based in Pretoria CBD has a vacancy available for an IR/Industrial Relations Consultant to join their team.This is a permanent position with a basic salary and project-based bonuses. A hybrid working model and working hours are 9:00 16:00.Responsibilities:Provide expert advice and guidance on labor law matters to clientsRepresent clients in CCMA proceedings, including conciliation, mediation, and arbitrationAssist clients in drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with labor lawsConduct investigations into workplace disputes and grievancesDevelop strategies for resolving labor disputes and minimizing legal risks for clientsKeep abreast of changes in labor legislation and provide updates to clients as necessaryBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholdersCollaborate with other team members to deliver comprehensive HR and legal solutionsPrepare and present training sessions on labor law topics for clients and internal staffMaintain accurate records and documentation related to client casesRequirements:

LLB degree or relevant Degree with Law subjects advantageous
2+ years of work experience in dealing with the CCMA
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills
Experience with employment legislation and regulations in South Africa
Own transport and a valid driver's license
