- Help us transition from startup to enterprise - Develop and deploy scalable global financial models / processes to support long-term company growth
- Participate in the execution of new deals and renegotiations with key partners (i.e. gyms, fitness studios, digital applications) globally
- Build commercial models to project Gympass growth with key partners and analyze potential risks of such deals
- Participate effectively in a give-and-take decision-making process and be able to express professional opinions and recommendations with confidence and candor yet collaboratively
- Assist in monitoring market and existing risk with partners tied to special commercial conditions
- Be responsible for reviewing monthly reporting of business performance and ensuring its accuracy
- Contribute to on-time monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts through analysis and insights, ensuring that all variances are challenged and understood
- Ensure numbers have been rigorously reviewed before submission for quarter-end and year-end balances to support the audit process
- Assist in mapping strategy/execution for value creation levers to optimize costs
- Increase analytical visibility of partner economics & enhance internal partner margins analysis
- Special projects and ad-hoc financial analysis at the request of senior leadership
- 2 to 4+ years experience in commercial finance and/or financial planning
- English fluency required
- Management consulting/credit experience is a plus
- Excellent financial modeling and control process design capabilities
- Impeccable analytical skills and commercial acumen
- Excellent communication skills - can establish credibility, build consensus, and partner cross-functionally without direct authority
- Self-starter, action-oriented, has a positive attitude, and willing to work under tight timelines to achieve the financial objectives of the business in a fast-paced uncertain environment
- Hands-on work ethic and comfortable in a culture, which retains its small business style of informality in interpersonal interactions and communications
- Salesforce, Tableau and Anaplan experience is a plus
- SQL and database experience is a plus
- Experience working in high-velocity sales or the fitness industry preferred
