- Accountable for your own project delivery and work, ensuring all VR service work is completed in budget, on time, and adheres to Kantar's high-quality standards whilst ensuring it meets client expectations.
- Be responsible for your personal growth of technical capability to ensure deep knowledge and execution steps for all service software solutions in Kantar's portfolio are known.
- Raise where appropriate quality or content issues, make recommendations for potential solutions, and/or complete these recommendations.
- Works closely with clients not only to deliver outstanding work but to inspire and excite them as to the possibilities of working with Kantar.
- Improve the quality of Kantar's VR output through technical and artistic advancements, ensuring these findings are cascaded and implemented within the rest of VR team through feedback and training.
- Have appropriate understanding of the relevant IT packages (Microsoft 365) and ensure this is maintained, alongside detailed knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop and After Effects).
- Expert working knowledge of Unity Realtime game engine and Bakery GPU Lightmapping, alongside strong working knowledge of all aspects of 3D Studio Max (animation, modelling, texturing, lighting, etc.).
- Tenacity and creativity to solve problems efficiently under pressure and within tight deadlines, whilst also having the resilience to work in a fast-paced environment with competing demands.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Knowledge of Unreal Engine is a huge benefit.
- Knowledge of immersive hardware (Oculus Quest) and immersive technology is a benefit.
- Some experience with digital photography.
