Salary Range: RM 7,000-9,000 *Based on experience and result of interview Working Schedule: 9am-6pm, Monday to Friday *GMT+4 Office Location: Tbilisi City, Georgia Job Purpose: Responsible for managing Chinese & English-speaking affiliates, maintaining marketing promotions and activities, and growing our affiliates to meet the business goals for each account Responsibilities: Managing English and Chinese-speaking Affiliate Agents (Online/Offline, Media Channels) Actively sourcing for new affiliates; developing and maintaining affiliate acquisition channels Managing all affiliate enquiries, proactively reaching out to them, and converting them as our platform's affiliates Analyzing data to tune marketing promotions, CPA, revenue shares and sponsorship deals Keeping all agents updated regarding ongoing promotions and activities Gathering feedbacks and insights from affiliates and affiliate members, and communicating the findings to the different stakeholders Actively maintaining existing affiliates, growing the new affiliate acquisition business, obtaining referrals from existing affiliates from time to time, increasing the business from existing affiliates Requirements: Chinese and English languages are necessary.
