Accounts Payable_ENG Miraflores/Lisboa

• Ensure supplier account reconciliations;
• Manage the account of manual payments and clearing operations;
• Ensure the booking of purchase invoices;
• Produce analysis and justification of accounts, including the management of payment incidents;
• Identifying and indicate possible deviations
• Manage operational, day-to-day relationships with suppliers;
• Daily follow up indicators related to suppliers’ performance and quality.

• Proven experience in Finance/Accounting and/or Administrative positions (experience within a shared service environment would be a plus) at least 1 year minimum;
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, SAP and other relevant softwares;
• Fluent in English (higher level his mandatory).
