- Developing and implementing a strategy for live operations and monetization that considers the expectations of both viewers and streamers.
- Exploring new in-app content strategies, and models, planning and launching an in-app live event by following up on hot trends and topics.
- Introducing, managing, and developing the roadmap of features and tools needed to innovate and improve live ops of AniLive. This is your chance to coordinate our development with relevant stakeholders and bring your innovative ideas to life.
- Conducting quantitative analysis and A/B and multivariate tests to optimize user retention, consumption rate, and ARPU value through gaining critical insights into users' life cycle
- Bring the team an understanding of best-in-class live ops activities, feature design and monetization mechanics.
- You possess a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, preferably in Business Management or a related field.
- You have 5+ years of experience working in live streaming and/or gaming companies, and at least 1 year of experience in team building and management.
- You have a proven track record of successfully running and growing live operations platforms both in terms of users as well as revenue.
- You have a profound passion for entertainment and otaku culture, such as Anime, Manga, and VTuber.
- Proficiency in Japanese would be advantageous in order to interact with internal teams and external stakeholders in Japan.
- You are analytical, driven, and have an entrepreneurial mindset.
