- Foster interactive and productive communication with HQ.
- Facilitate the delivery of the organization's Business and Corporate Planning.
- Manage budgets and financial reports (annual/MTP, monthly, quarterly, annual).
- Analyse data to identify trends for business planning.
- Collaborate on budget creation and strategic alignment.
- Monitor and analyse daily sales progress.
- Ensure compliance with HQ standards and internal policies.
- Collaborate on internal and external projects, including new product development and international trade control activities.
- Assist with external requests.
- Develop the team's corporate reporting skills through training.
- Manage staff performance to achieve goals.
- Deliver pricing structure training and manage price revisions.
- Liaise with HQ divisions on corporate planning issues (Legal, Finance, etc.).
- Work with other departments to ensure proper controls, workflows, and streamline divisional processes for improved efficiency.
- Advocate for continuous process improvement.
- Support compliance efforts and provide comprehensive support to committees like the STC Committee.
- Fulfil any other duties assigned by the company.
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Finance, or a related field (e.g., Economics, Public Policy). Advanced degrees or specialized training in these areas are a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of demonstrably relevant experience in business planning or related roles (e.g., pricing, budgeting, compliance, risk management).
- Proven ability to develop plans, lead teams, and execute projects successfully.
- Excellent communication aptitude, including written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
