As they continue to expand their operations, their are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join their team and drive our business development and tendering efforts.about the job.The Senior Project Manager (Business Development and Tendering) will be a key driver of our company's growth and success in the construction industry. This role is focused on identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, overseeing the tendering process, and ensuring the profitability of construction projects. By spearheading business development efforts and managing tender submissions, the Senior Project Manager will play a vital role in expanding our client base, securing projects, and contributing to our overall industry leadership.skills & qualifications required.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, building engineering or a related field
Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in the construction industry, with a focus on business development and tendering.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Experience in railway, building or environmental is preferred
Proficient in Chinese and English
