Senior Business Excellence Manager

• Create and execute process improvement initiatives with an emphasis on heightened efficiency, lower costs, and improved quality.
• In order to promote business process changes and implement best practices such as Lean, Six Sigma, and other pertinent techniques, lead and assist cross-functional teams.
• Keeper of Risk, H&S Strategic to the Company's Implementation of Sustainability
• Analyze processes in-depth to find areas where operational performance can be enhanced.
• Oversee project development, implementation, monitoring, and reporting from start to finish.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure that improvement initiatives align with the overall business goals and customer needs.
• Create measurements and metrics to assess how well processes are being implemented and to track continuous performance.
• Team members and stakeholders should get instruction and mentoring on process improvement methods and resources.
• Compile and provide comprehensive reports and presentations that outline the risks, progress, and results of the project to top management.
• Keep up with changes and trends in business process management and continuous improvement techniques.
• Determine possible risks to the enterprise business actively.
• In charge of external certification and auditing
• To guarantee employee safety, security, legal compliance, and the provision of high-quality services with a responsible attitude toward the environment, make sure that all applicable safety, security, quality, and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls are followed across the business.

• Blackbelt experience of at least five years
• RPA experience
• Knowledge in machine learning and AI development;
• PMP Practitioner
• Have strong sense of business and capacity to direct a multidisciplinary group

• Lean Six Sigma Master Blackbelt or Blackbelt Certified
• Risk Auditor (ISO 9001 / 27001 / 33001) practitioner / valid license is a plus
