Techincal Scrum Master

• We're in need of an adaptable and seasoned Technical Scrum Master to establish a new Scrum team for delivering one of our upcoming fintech products.
• The Technical Scrum Master's pivotal role is to ensure the team's success and the smooth flow of work to completion. Achieving this involves setting the pace for deliveries and proactively planning and predicting future deliverables.
• Succeeding in this role requires a pragmatic approach and an understanding of our operating environment.
• You'll leverage your skills and knowledge to influence delivery strategies effectively.
• We're seeking a motivated individual who possesses:
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English (mandatory)
• The ability to foster candid, open, and transparent relationships with key stakeholders
• Strong presentation, facilitation, coaching, and mentorship skills
• Experience in effective stakeholder management and communication
• A robust capacity to influence cross-functional teams and leadership
• Demonstrated assertiveness, acting as a voice of reason and authority
• Enthusiasm and a high-energy approach to leading the delivery team
• Responsibility for continuous delivery and the management of technical debt
• Prior experience leading small teams while maintaining hands-on involvement

• A minimum of 2 years of recent experience as a Scrum Master.
• Oversight of the quality of agile ceremonies, including daily scrums, sprint planning, showcases, and retrospectives.
• Capability to provide constructive and timely feedback to delivery team members and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in resolving conflicts within and between the delivery team and stakeholders.
• Aptitude for negotiating priorities and timelines with stakeholders.
• Setting the rhythm for delivery and motivating teams to achieve success.
• Ensuring the delivery team commits to their agreed-upon definition of done.
• The visual representation and management of sprint work, such as card walls and burn-up charts.
• Management of Master Story List (MSL), ensuring it's properly maintained, stories are up-to-date and ready for inclusion in a sprint.
• Familiarity with at least 3 of the following areas:

• Mobile: iOS or Android
• Web: HTML5, CSS3, Angular JS, Javascript
• Microsoft .Net (C#, ASP, Framework), SQL Server
• Quality Assurance, Automation Testing
• Web Security, OWASP
• Java, Oracle
• DevOps, Continuous Delivery
