How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?The AMEI Hub IT team plays a critical role in managing and coordinating the IT infrastructure and cybersecurity requirements of 29 entities across Africa, Middle East and India (AMEI).This internship offers a unique opportunity to IT Cost Controller Intern to support the IT Finance team to assist in managing the administration of payments, invoicing, and intercompany coordination between the relevant departments.The ideal candidate is proactive and is equipped with good analytical skills.The key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Preparing the needed data for the monthly analysis and closing.
Coordinating the preparation of Quarterly Back Charge for the entities.
Liaising with the accounting departments for payment status and confirming payment to suppliers.
Providing the IT Financial Controller with the needed data to prepare the RFs, Targets and Actuals.
Uploading needed data in IRIS for HUB Dubai.
Supporting the different entities with the yearly re-forecast.
Managing invoices flow from creation of purchase orders.
Supporting the Hub Financial Controller in performing monthly, quarterly and yearly closing by checking on financial reports and contributing to the controlling tasks.
Collecting and archiving all documents related to purchase transactions (quotations, purchase orders, invoicing).
Provide IT Financial Control Manager with a monthly dashboard on the status of invoices and payment (OPEX, CAPEX).

Are you a MATCH?Qualifications & Experience: (list education, certifications, training, work experience, etc.)Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.Minimum 3-6 months of Internship experience in Finance or Accounting or Analysis is preferred.Fluent in English.
