The Marketing and Business Development Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of marketing and business development plans, conducting market research, writing proposals, providing excellent customer service, and coordinating events and promotions. The Marketing and Business Development Coordinator will be a key player in promoting our brand and expanding our business located in Saint Julian's, Malta, with flexibility for some remote work. Key Responsibilities: 1. Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Create and curate engaging content across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Monitor social media channels for trends and opportunities, responding to comments and messages promptly. Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize results. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and algorithm changes. 2. Content Creation: Generate high-quality, creative, and engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts. Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing and on-brand visuals. Write compelling copy that resonates with our target audience and encourages action. 3. Business Development: Identify and pursue business development opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and sponsorships. Research potential partners and clients, initiate contact, and nurture relationships. Assist in the development of business proposals and presentations. Collaborate with the sales team to support lead generation efforts. 4. Reporting and Analysis: Compile and analyze data related to social media and business development efforts. Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators and present findings to the management team. Use data insights to make informed decisions and refine marketing and business development strategies. 5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals. Work closely with sales, product development, and customer support teams to ensure consistent messaging and customer satisfaction.
