Minimum 7 years' post-qualification experience in private practice
Experience advising financial institutions and regulated entities
Strong knowledge of Cayman Islands regulatory frameworks (ideal)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Effective time management and attention to detail
Responsibilities:
Develop strong relationships with clients and colleagues
Provide expert guidance on Cayman Islands regulatory regimes
Prepare fee proposals and ensure timely billing
Manage time efficiently and maintain accurate records
Contribute to Knowledge Management systems
Mentor junior team members
