- Acting as a business champion and change agent.
- Working on key strategic projects including our expansion within LatAm.
- Collaboration of the HR team across the different locations.
- Our Commercial footprint and strategic workforce planning.
- Supporting entering of new markets.
- Supporting key Business goals and driving our culture.
- Be present in our different locations to embed the culture and support senior management.
- Working closely with the HRBP Leads of other functions to ensure alignment with the overall HR strategy.
- HR - you're a seasoned professional with at least 8 years' experience, ideally gained within a fast-paced digital environment.
- Strategy - you're forward thinking with the ability to plan ahead to ensure our Commercial business is future proofed from a People perspective.
- Leadership - you can lead both directly and indirectly being able to motive and influence teams and key stakeholders
- Talent Acquisition - you have a deep understanding of recruitment and Employer Branding understanding what motivates talent to both join and remain with the business.
- Experience of the iGaming sector or similar fast paced online industry.
- Coaching and supporting senior and C-Level leaders and providing key HR expertise.
- Communication - especially in written and spoken English. Spanish would be a bonus!
- Change - you have dynamic approach and thrive in this kind of environment, where you can impact real change. This is a strong motivator.
- Multi-tasking is a core strength, and you enjoy working on multiple projects, always taking the initiative, and driving results.
- Thinking creatively and critically - you look at new ways of engaging and driving the business forward.
- Identifying challenges with the area and work closely with CCO and Heads of Areas to come up with plans to address this.
- Working hands-on with C-Level, acting very much as an enabler.
- Supporting the Commercial organisation in a strategic pro-active way.
- Key member of the HR Leadership Team supporting our goal to provide the best employee experience in the industry.
- Supporting and coaching a HR team across different locations to ensure alignment and consistency in company culture.
