We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Assistant Data Analytics and CRM Manager
Principal responsibilities:
- To understand and gather requirements from various business units on their need of management information and reports.
- To collaborate with business and perform hands-on analytics for MI production and dashboard development
- To review and clarify analytics issues of MI requests (including business definition / requirement, data translation, campaign process, timeline management, performance monitoring / evaluation and portfolio analysis) with business and ensure the fulfillment of business needs and business value
- To understand the business and identify/share business insight from analytics works
- To ensure timely and quality analytics deliverables to satisfy business needs effectively under the dynamic business environment
- To ensure the effective implementation of MI and dashboard end-to-end process with zero-tolerance of error
Requirements:
- University degree in Statistics, Data and Information Management, Mathematics, Computer Science or other related discipline
- Minimum 4 years' retail banking experience in information management and data modeling.
- Strong self-motivation, organization, multi-tasking, problem solving and influencing skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with business, operation and technology teams
- Hands-on experience in SAS, SQL and Microsoft Excel is a MUST
- Knowledge and/or experience in Tableau/QlikSense, GCP, Bigquery, Python, VBA or Microsoft R is preferred
- Detail-oriented and zero tolerance on quality/accuracy issue
- Great sense of ownership and servicing mind-set to ensure efficient and effective customer service delivery
- Positive mind-set and having a breakthrough attitude
