You’ll focus on client communication (Customer Success Management), making sure NSL is delivering an exceptional client experience, driving client happiness, retention and expansion.The ideal candidate is experienced in managing senior accounts, has worked at or for e-commerce brands, has used Shopify and thrives in coming up with and implementing new solutions internally and externally.📍 All applicants must be based in the NetherlandsYour roleYour role's main focus is being the key point of contact for your portfolio of clients. This entails:
  • Ensuring Not Selling Liquid delivers an exceptional client experience at all times;
  • Proactively and continuously identifying and implementing upselling opportunities;
  • Building and nurturing a long-lasting collaboration with our clients;
  • Acting as the client's E-commerce Manager and advisor;
  • Creating strategic roadmaps and liaising with the stakeholders to implement them together with our E-commerce Specialists;
  • Within the E-commerce team, you'll be a driving force in coming up with solutions for exceptional client success. You'll advocate internally for best practices;
  • You'll also communicate closely with the Growth team to work together on reaching the client's goals, ensuring sustained YoY growth.
Your Profile
  • You have a completed HBO / WO, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a similar field;
  • 3-5 years of experience in Account Managing/Customer Success roles, within the realm of E-commerce;
  • Fluent in both English and Dutch;
  • You are an excellent Project Manager;
  • You have experience in Shopify (must);
  • You are flexible and comfortable with change – you’re dedicated to continuously evolving at what we do and open to moving with the changing world around us;
  • Good understanding and strong knowledge of UX and digital customer journey best practices;
  • Strong organizational skills, exceptionally organised and a detail-oriented problem solver with a positive approach to taking on challenges.
