Demand Analyst - NZ

• Centrally coordinate communications on managing abnormal demand and supply shortages for all products
• Communicating and escalating issues within the short-term horizon
• Conduct data cleansing and maintenance activities
• Develop processes and structure for automating data sourcing and reporting
• Visualize data by creating and maintaining meaningful reports and dashboards
• Consolidate multiple data sources and analyzing patterns, trends, anomalies and root causes
• Identify opportunities for improvement within the entire supply chain and providing actionable insights
• Facilitate actions agreed to resolve the demand and supply imbalances
• Reporting and KPI measurement, ability to build dashboards to drive action plans and continuous improvement

• Advanced analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail with confidence in decision-making
• Ability to lead conversations with stakeholders at all levels, both internal and external, to drive and influence outcomes
• Excellent communication skills for internal and external audiences
• Knowledge of SAP/APO/Power BI
• Advanced skills in MS Excel
• Maintain positive approach to work and consistently deliver high quality output
• Sound business process knowledge
• FMCG Experience would be beneficial
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to work independently and build cross-functional partnerships across the organization
