- Meet and greet personnel visiting our offices.
- General office duties, including inputting of data, filing as well as organising incoming and outgoing couriers.
- Maintaining records of various stocks and inventories also ordering stock when necessary.
- Keep up offices and board room well organised.
- Previous experience in a similar role would be considered an asset.
- Previous experience in an Accounts related post would be considered an asset.
- Educated at diploma or advanced level.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills in both Maltese and English languages.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office products (Word / Excel / Outlook) - preferably in possession of ECDL certification.
- Must be a highly organised individual and can work on own initiative.
- A clean driving license.
- Part-Time: 20hrs a week across Monday - Friday.
