The Head of Sales will analyse market trends and consumer behaviours and develop strategies to boost sales in this new market.We are looking for a Head of Sales for Southeast Asia, to analyse market trends, consumer behaviours and develop strategies to boost sales in this new market. The ideal candidate will be responsible architecting a sales strategy and building out a team of Account Executive and SDR’s across the organisation and mid-market sales.   • Administrative management of Sales ledger (customer accounts) (credits, advance payments, outstanding amounts ...)
  • Check and register sales contracts. Inform the customer on delivery status
  • Coordinate department activities. Analyse monitoring instruments and make suggestions for improvement
  • Establish administrative procedures for handling of orders. Check application of the administrative procedures
  • Determine the strategic sales objectives of department
  • Establish marketing budget and monitor budget allocated to each company product
  • Develop the company's marketing strategy based on market research
  • Establish and monitor promotional campaign budget for a product or product range
  • Schedule handling of orders. Raise a production order and pass onto service/department concerned
  • Train sales team on products. Offer technical assistance at launch of promotional campaign
  • Create marketing plan. Monitor development and execution of marketing plan
  • Price, promotion and product placement negotiation during promotional activities
  • Start-up and organise promotional events (contests, special offers...) at sales points (shopping mall, website...)
  • Contribute to the formulation of production planning using information collected with customers and internal departments
  • Draw up balance (sheet) for marketing actions and suggest improvements
  • Monitor progress of production process. Suggest corrective actions
  • Set up database of customers and prospects
  • Negotiate terms of sales contract with customer
  • Handle particular files or transfer them to respective service (disputes...)
  • Coordinate team activities. Head department of an organization
  • Define/contribute to product development strategy with research & development, production and commercial departments...
  • Reply to calls for tenders. Draft commercial proposals. Establish performance values with customers in contract
  • Analyse information on product or product range. Select promotional campaign type
  • Analyse results of promotional campaign (achievement of objectives...) and introduce possible improvements
  • Negotiate commercial contracts with purchasing bodies (references, rates list, promotions...)
  • Carry out market surveys. Communicate with commercial departments, general management...
  • Exchange market information with sales team and different departments
  • Create and launch promotional campaign of products
  • Develop promotional campaign for specific product or product range. Define characteristics of advertising media
  • Come up with and develop promotional tools for products
