- Check and register sales contracts. Inform the customer on delivery status
- Coordinate department activities. Analyse monitoring instruments and make suggestions for improvement
- Establish administrative procedures for handling of orders. Check application of the administrative procedures
- Determine the strategic sales objectives of department
- Establish marketing budget and monitor budget allocated to each company product
- Develop the company's marketing strategy based on market research
- Establish and monitor promotional campaign budget for a product or product range
- Schedule handling of orders. Raise a production order and pass onto service/department concerned
- Train sales team on products. Offer technical assistance at launch of promotional campaign
- Create marketing plan. Monitor development and execution of marketing plan
- Price, promotion and product placement negotiation during promotional activities
- Start-up and organise promotional events (contests, special offers...) at sales points (shopping mall, website...)
- Contribute to the formulation of production planning using information collected with customers and internal departments
- Draw up balance (sheet) for marketing actions and suggest improvements
