- Develop and agree the strategic sales direction with Management for market segments, product platform and key focus customers. Achieve the target set by Management
- Maintain existing customer and business, meanwhile develop new opportunities in North China to ensure sales growth
- Identify from customer needs to projects, be clear with business objectives, communicate well with technical, marketing, Supply Chain and other support teams to win the project
- Understand company offering of solution and services. Annual selling price review with customer, including price negotiation
- Ensure sustainable growth while maintaining both customer satisfaction and in line with company compliance
- Experience in a B2B Sales role
- Strong communication and motivational ability
