- Ensure that contractual commitments to the customer(s) are observed, whilst protecting the interests of BIA, in line with company strategy;
- Frequently visit and monitor the customer and BIA teams on site; Co-ordinate on-site progress meetings with the team; Organise HSE meeting / project review each year on the site;
- Draw up and participate in the project review of your project(s);
- Immediate inform your manager of any risks or drift noticed in your projects. Draw up and apply the relevant corrective action plan;
- Define, implement and track the human and equipment resources required for the smooth running of the project(s);
- Develop specific knowledge of the Komatsu or other product range concerned by the project(s) for the teams concerned (Product Support, parts, logistics, project team, training, etc.).
- Ensure the profitability of projects;
- Identify, implement, and track actions aiming to improve the margin of projects;
- Develop, analyse and track the economic and financial reporting of projects under your responsibility in close collaboration and transparently with your counterpart from the Finance department;
- Draw up the investment and financing requests for projects and argue for them to the Finance department.
- Holder of a higher University Diploma in Engineering or equivalent experience
- Five years' experience is sought in Mining Industry
- English (French language is a plus)
- Relevant experience of Priority Management
- Project Management experience (e.g., IT, department restructuring, implementation of major projects, etc.)
- Experience of international organizations with subsidiaries
- Operations, process, and QHSE focus

- 20% of business travel
