Today 92% of the materials in our collection are more sustainably sourced.Job DescriptionAs the E-Commerce Manager, you are responsible for leading the Ecommerce teams in China, guiding the team towards taking ownership of their markets and their own development. You will work closely with the APAC regional team as well as merchandising team in China to improve digital selling and our omnichannel customer offering.What you will do:
  • Grow the digital business, optimize site experience and drive selling
  • Responsible for the Profit & Loss of China Online Business, partner with controlling on annual selling and digital marketing budget and forecast, delivering goals and KPIs.
  • Drive the digital marketing, social and paid media strategies in collaboration with Marketing and CRM teams to build brand awareness, acquire new customers, nurture loyalty and maximize revenue and ROAS
  • Work cross functionally with marketing team to develop a strategy and execute campaigns with influencers and/ or talent
  • Oversee daily team operations, ensuring efficient collaboration and timely fulfillment of individual responsibilities.
  • Define the E-Commerce and expansion strategy, driving online selling in China while ensuring the best possible customer experience, in line with the COS global brand vision.
  • Lead and develop your team to grow the business, guide through the whole employee life cycle (selection, performance, appraisal, reward, development, exits)
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure operations efficiency and best

  • Previous ecommerce experience working in a leadership role within fashion or retail industry
  • Excellent English and Mandarin skills, both verbal & written
  • Strong salesmanship and passion for digital sales, retail and COS particularly
  • Experienced and excellent understanding across all core digital channels (SEO,PPC, Paid Social, programmatic, and affiliates), knowledge of local channels in an advantage
  • Has experience from driving digital selling for brand site, marketplaces and social channels in China
  • Excellent leadership abilities and with strong track record of leadership experience
  • Strategic mind-set with budget management and/ or P&L experience
  • Proactive attitude and drive to constantly improve the business and best practice in order to achieve our goals
  • Strong communication and project management skills
