Job Responsibility Working Hours: 8:30AM - 5:30PM ( 5 days per week ) Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs. Responsible for ensuring smooth, systematic and well maintained operation and seminar for the company. Responsible for identifying specific customer needs. Actively seeking out new sales opportunities. Responsible for maintaining the online payment system and providing follow up action with customers to ensure that problem can be resolved. Preparing weekly and monthly reports. Responsible for providing assistance to customers encountered problems. Meeting daily, weekly and monthly sales target. Perform other adhoc task assigned by Supervisor or Management of the company. Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma, or Bachelor in related field. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply. Understanding of how customer relationship management system work. Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
