At Rhino Entertainment, we are looking for a VIP Experience Manager for the Norwegian market who will be responsible for delivering an unparalleled VIP experience to our esteemed players.Are you a dynamic individual, fluent in Norwegian, with a passion for providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with high-value players? Then this might be the right opportunity for you!As VIP Experience Manager - Norway, working closely with our Lifecycle team - you will have the opportunity to support our top-tier customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty by providing personalised assistance, tailored promotions, and exclusive rewards.What your role would look like:
  • Manage a portfolio of high-value players, understanding their preferences and needs, alongside developing them from being simply customers to becoming brand advocates
  • Proactively engage with VIP players through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails and WhatsApp
  • Build long-lasting relationships with players by providing personalised support and addressing any concerns or issues they may have
  • Monitor player activity and identify opportunities to enhance their gaming experience
  • Collaborate with other internal departments, such as marketing and promotions to create targeted campaigns for VIP players
  • Collecting and analysing information and data on customer segments and suggesting changes for optimization
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to ensure we are offering the best VIP experience in the market
Note: This role can be based from our lively office in Malta (Hybrid) or fully remote.RequirementsQualities we are looking for:
  • Fluent in Norwegian language, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the online casino industry is highly desirable
  • Previous experience in a similar role with the Norwegian market is highly desirable
  • Strong customer service skills with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with high-value players
  • Team player with a positive attitude and proactive approach to work
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and ability to generate analyses and reports
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
