- Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy to drive revenue growth across all markets.
- Collaborate with the executive team to align commercial goals with the overall business objectives.
- Identify and prioritize new market opportunities, customer segments, and revenue streams.
- Lead the development of strategic partnerships with airlines, hotels, travel agencies, and other key stakeholders.
- Negotiate and secure favorable commercial terms with partners to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Monitor and manage partner performance, ensuring adherence to contracts and service-level agreements.
- Oversee the sales function, ensuring effective account management, customer acquisition, and retention strategies.
- Implement revenue management strategies to optimize pricing and inventory.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to refine sales tactics and improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that support commercial objectives.
- Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all customer touchpoints.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives to inform future campaigns.
- Lead efforts to enhance the customer experience, ensuring a seamless journey across all stages of travel planning.
- Streamline commercial operations, optimizing processes and workflows to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Monitor key commercial KPIs and provide regular performance updates to the executive team.
- Build and lead a high-performing commercial team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and development opportunities to team members.
- Promote cross-functional collaboration to support the broader goals of the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Min of 8+ years of progressive commercial experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Experience in Hospitality or Airline or Tourism industry is must
- Experience with OTA is also a must
- Proven expertise in commercial strategy, sales, and partnership development.
- Strong understanding of the travel and technology sectors.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to influence and drive change.
- Data-driven decision-making skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Excellent command of English
