- Answer phone calls, manage reservations, and provide information about hotel facilities and services.
- Handle guest requests and complaints, resolving issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, payment details, and room availability.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure guest needs are met.
- Assist guests with check-out, including processing payments and issuing invoices and receipts.
- Ensure the lobby area and reception desk are clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
- Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and activities to enhance guest experience.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
- Follow all hotel policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment for guests.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in using hotel management software and computer systems.
- Knowledge of local attractions and services to assist guests with inquiries.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
