Our vision is to build the leading data platform for the freight industry, by leveraging our growing network, real-time data, and AI to help supply chains deliver exceptional customer service and achieve operational excellence.Job DescriptionMember of the Operations team, the Carrier Onboarding Manager is responsible of onboarding carriers on Shippeo and owns the relationship with his portfolio of onboarded carriers.Your responsibilities will include:
  • Onboard carriers to the platform - present the solution, convince decision-makers to implement and lead the integration
  • Define individualized technical solutions with carriers, lead technical specifications and monitor the delivery of integrations as planned and designed
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key carriers accounts by meeting management teams and developing a deep understanding of their operations and technical structures
  • Maintain a regular contact with your carriers accounts to ensure compliance with customers projects and build use-cases that shade light on the benefits Shippeo brought to your carriers organizations
  • Work closely with the rest of the Operations team to execute all carrier onboarding-related activities
  • Maintain CRM and reporting tools up-to-date
Qualifications
  • You are in your Bachelor or Master from a Engineering o/ Business School
  • First experience working in Project Management or Operations is a strong advantage
  • Excellent ability to multi-task and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently, proactively step up and propose improvements
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
  • Full professional proficiency in English and French
  • German, Spanish, Italian or any other European languages are a strong advantage
  • You are motivated to work in a growing start-up environment
