We are looking for the one to be in charge of our product range, preparing for exciting new launches and ensuring all materials are up-to-date and compliant with local regulations. Take pride in producing top-notch Herbalife literature and marketing materials that support our product launches, promotions, and events. Your attention to detail is key - from legal correctness to country-specific amendments.You will work closely with both the Nordic marketing and EMEA marketing team, ensure of timely production, translation, and final sign-off. Your role involves liaison with Distributors and Strategy groups, keeping internal departments informed and aligned.Other responsibilities are to keep marketing material up to date, participate in 2- 3 events in the Nordic region per year, keep websites up to date and other pending work issues.Keep the Marketing Manager in the loop about any running issues, demonstrating your commitment to proactive problem-solving.HERBALIFE OFFERS:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Good communication skills, written and oral
Swedish/Danish as a native language
Very good English skills since we are a global company
Good knowledge of the Scandinavian languages

SKILLS:

IT basic knowledge in Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign etc.) is an advantage
Documented collaborative skills
Distinguished team player
Able to work independently
Good organizational skills
Flexible, with eyes for details

EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE:

Educated preferably to a degree level, ideally in Marketing or any business-related subjects
Experience in a similar role or with Project Management
Experience with editing and proofreading
Sales experience would be an advantage
