- Handle all Customer order requirements and
- Input Customer order information to internal order management system.
- Communicate effectively with Customers to assist the Planning department.
- Liaise internally and with Customers on quality or service complaint investigations.
- Close and effective communication with the dispatch department to ensure all customer requirements are
- Provide data requests to customers in an accurate and efficient manner.
- Understand Customer requirements to develop and maintain customer
- Monthly report preparation, g., Sales data, inventory, and other agreed reports.
- Support Sales & Commercial Team with customer data and prices for tenders and customer reviews.
- The ideal candidate should have experience working in a busy Customer Service department
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with similar order management systems/customer service systems is a strong desire
- IT literate in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc
- Willingness to learn and develop a knowledge of the products to be sold
- Ability to build and grow customer relationships
