Role and ResponsibilitiesThis role’s main function is to execute project management tasks to support to the business unit (Defence & Security) on the delivery of post-delivery projects, services, spares and repairs. Execute and leads the business measurements analysis and reporting of the business unit, provides recommendations to stakeholders enabling the team in their decision making.Leads the execution of project management processes:Executes processes that supports the stakeholders (Project Manager, Customer Services Representatives, Logistic Support Planner and Management) in the decision-making, in planning, controlling and monitoring of the project activities:Leads project authorization process with financeLiaise with Project Management and Finance to set up warranty projects and budgetExecutes all project Initiation, set up and ClosuresSupport resolution of complex project activitiesPrepare Notice of Visit (NOV)Customer Meeting logistic preparationPrepare Commercial Invoice for ad hoc shipmentsMaintains SharePointSupport Export Control process and payment reporting to the Export Control GroupExecutes project and portfolio business financials cycle, provides reports and recommendation to stakeholders:Performs monthly financials reviews, analysis with managementCreates annual and monthly forecasting reports on Spares, Repairs, ServicesCreates quarterly engineering and manufacturing manloading reporting to support the delivery of the servicesAnalysis project review cycle (PRC) and recommends way forwardIdentifies discrepancies and recommends a way forwardPerform, Track and Maintain invoicing and payment schedulePrepare, process Customer Change Orders (CCO)Creation of Purchase Order (PO)Prepare and submit project hedgingSupport Finance in A/RReconcile customer accountsCustomer Services Business Measurement Analysis & Reporting and Governance:Develop measurements & analysis methodologies, key financial and performance indicatorsReporting key financial and performance indicatorsGather data and Performs analysis on financials (Revenue, Order Intake, Forecasting, Cash, Budget, Gross Margin, Management accounts) enabling management on business decision makingLiaise with PMO analyst and Finance groupRequirementsBachelor's degree or equivalent orCollege degree and 8-12 yrs of related experienceResults-Driven, invest time on task-adding value and is financial conscious when delivering resultsShow resilience when facing obstacleCustomer-client focusProject management skillsAbility to partner with and influence individualsCapable of working on multiple projects with little guidanceGood organizational skills,Accuracy and precision, attention to detailsStrong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to effectively communicate ideas and actions to people within the organization.Able to work in fast-paced and dynamic environmentPosition TypeRegularCAE thanks all applicants for their interest.
