Job Description :
  • Optimise the user experience across Shopee Singapore through review of the full user journey across all touchpoints and channels (e.g. Browsing Experience, Purchase, Checkout & Payment, After Sales Support such as customer service, return & refund areas)
  • Drive cross functional channel/touchpoint initiatives and conceptualise proposals to improve gaps within current touch point experiences based on understanding of user sentiments and internal data metrics
  • Involved with simulations and impact analysis for new and enhancements to seller policies in order to maintain and establish efficient, effective governance for the Shopee platform
  • Work closely with stakeholders across different functions to drive initiatives and recommend improvements to the management team
  • Review industry best practices and benchmarks to achieve best in class user experience for Shopee Singapore
Requirements :
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 3+ years of relevant or proven experience (eg. Data analysis or Process improvement functions)
  • Prior e-Commerce experience in an operationally inclined role preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace are required
  • Candidates proficient with SQL are preferred
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder management
