Bude sa skúmať možnosť digitalizácie zistených korelácií a možnosť využitia vo výrobných procesoch pri rozlíšení dodaných ingrediencií do vzoriek potravín.Main ideas of the proposed dissertation topic:The doctoral student will measure the frequency dependencies of electrical properties for value-added food. Student will find correlations between electrical properties and added ingredients in food.
