We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Pastry Chef to join our team to create memorable and unique experiences.Key duties include; desserts/petit fours/ice creams/sorbets/cookies/muffins/breads and other bakery products to operate changing menu.About you:You embrace our local produce, bringing your creativity and experience to create memorable and inspiring dishes that surprise and delight! in addition you will be;

an experienced Pastry Chef with a background in fine dining / luxury properties.
self-motivated & passionate
able to work unsupervised
organised and have good time management skills
able to adapt to the kitchen's needs and changing menusf
lexible for dietary requirements and specialty items requested by our guests
