Junior Food Technologist

• Assist with recipe development and modification, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and customer requirements
• Conduct product testing and sensory evaluations to ensure quality and consistency
• Assist with the implementation and maintenance of quality control systems
• Participate in production and packaging trials to evaluate product performance
• Ensure all documentation and records are accurately maintained
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Stay updated on industry trends and new developments in food technology
• Support senior food technologists in various day-to-day tasks

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science or a related field
• Previous experience or internship in a food manufacturing environment is preferred
• Good understanding of food safety regulations
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Basic computer skills, including MS Office applications
• Enthusiasm for learning and developing new skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment
