Maintenance Planning / Manufacturing Plant / SAP

The E&I engineer will report to Senior Technical Manager and has the responsibility to perform the following duties:

Lead, manage, supervise and control of Company's in-house and external Contractors for all electrical & instrumentation maintenance works related to planning & execution of: (a) daily maintenance including facility E & I related maintenance [preventive, corrective, & emergency maintenance], (b) grade change maintenance, (c) shutdown maintenance and (d) upgrading and improvement related to maintenance (e) simple modification work for improvement.
Establish, continually improve & implement safe, efficient and effective preventive / predictive maintenance programs, procedures to achieve highest equipment reliability & availability objective.
Manage & maintain reliable and accurate asset maintenance records in order to provide good maintenance history for future reference and troubleshooting purposes.
Conduct trouble shooting and root cause analysis study of equipment failures, recurring breakdown, and equipment defects and to take effective corrective & preventive measures to sustain and improve equipment performance integrity & reliability.
Optimize & manage E&I maintenance inventory level of critical & non-critical equipment spare parts, consumables, tools to ensure relevant parts always available on time, on spec and on quantity.
Arrange periodically for calibration of critical process instruments and maintain updated & accurate records for all calibration carried out.
Ensure all E&I maintenance activities are carried out in accordance to the Company's HSEQ Standards, statutory requirements, Company Maintenance & Management System and best industry maintenance practices.
Order equipment, materials, supplies, parts & services required by maintenance or projects, etc.

Requirements:

Obtained knowledge through diploma/degree in electronics/ electrical engineering
Having min 3-5 years of industrial experience in maintenance planning and execution of process plant/manufacturing plant (instrumentation, electrical power such as switch gear, MCC, motor)
Familiar with SAP Plant Maintenance Module
Able to commit to 24 hrs standby in case of plant trouble
