In the Warsaw headquarters, there is also one of 7 Business Expertise Services & Technologies Centres. Established in January 2018, it is one of L’Oréal’s most rapidly growing units. Now, the Warsaw BEST employs around 100 people.BEST carries out accounting processes for Central and Eastern Europe, it consists of the following departments: Process to Payment, Cash Accounting, General Ledger, Treasury, Delivery Excellence, and partly also Controlling, responsible for OPEX and IT costs.What distinguishes BEST is, among others, the constant striving for process improvement and standardization. Have the ability to learn about all the processes across all BEST from the perspective of group standards and control environment.
Be in the heart of processes, internal control environment, and you will have a chance to learn and contribute to various actions.
Review and analyze the performance of detective and preventive controls.
Analyze huge sets of data and visualize it for the top management.
Contribute to keep our company #1 in the Beauty market!

🤩You are a perfect match if you:

Are a student or recent graduate of finance, accounting, economics, management etc.
Have good analytical skills that allow you to think strategically in a business-oriented manner.
Believe in the power of networking and have strong communication skills.
Are well-organized and feel comfortable within a dynamic environment.
Have a proactive approach.
Are fluent in English (min. B2).
Have very good knowledge of MS Office tools.
