B2B Product Manager,The B2B Product Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing non-core segments within the telecommunications industry. This role involves strategizing, planning, and executing initiatives to maximize revenue and market share in non-core segments, which may include products or services outside the primary focus of the telecommunications company. The manager works closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions tailored to the specific needs of non-core segmentsYou will have the following responsibilities:
- Development of non-core (IoT, Cloud, ICT) product strategy for B2B (SMB-ME-LE) segments and creation of non-core marketing activity roadmap in line with the strategy
- Taking responsibility for executing the non-core product roadmap.
- End-to-end responsibility for introduction of new and management of existing non-core products.
- Monitoring and analyzing non-core product performance in sales, revenue / margin generation and customer satisfaction and identification of related activities
- Participate and provide inputs for financial planning processes.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape within non-core segments.
- Partner management related to non-core products (cooperation with vendors, sub-contractors in product creation process, product lifecycle management and development of existing 3rd party products).
- Development of non-core related customer segmentation and related CRM campaigns
- Managing projects individually with project members from different departments
- Provide regular trainings for B2B sales team
- Collaborate with finance and pricing teams to develop pricing strategies and models that optimize profitability while remaining competitive in non-core segments
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency within non-core segment operations, driving initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs
- Foster a culture of innovation and creativity within the non-core segment team, encouraging experimentation and risk-taking to drive growth and competitiveness.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, events, and forums to enhance visibility and thought leadership within non-core segments
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Telecommunications, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in product management, marketing, or business development within the telecommunications industry, with a focus on non-core segments.
- Telecommunications industry, with a focus on non-core segment is advantage
- Strong understanding of telecommunications products, services, and technologies, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies is advantage
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in market research, data analysis, and financial modeling
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
