- Assists in the planning and implementation of admissions and recruitment strategies
- Manage and support sales and enrolment events at our campuses
- Represents the Sommet Education Group at various recruitment events
- Participate in student and professional fairs
- Meet with educational partners (high schools, universities)
- Meet future students and/or parents
- Follow up leads closely by using our internal CRM system
- Corresponds with prospective students including applicants, family, alumni, school counsellors and others seeking information on admissions standards
- Conducts presentations and on-campus interviews of prospective students and their parents or guardians; assists in arranging campus tours; and attends training programs and staff development meetings
- Develops programs and communication tools for the recruitment of prospective students.
- Creates and maintains prospect records in the campus recruiting management (CRM) system
- Prepares reports and/or analyses data to coordinate recruiting efforts.
- Performs related or similar duties as required or assigned.
- Provide timely reporting and invoicing of all expenses, including both personal travel as well as promotional expenses (according to Travel & Expense Policy)
- Manage all advertising and promotion expenses according to budget
- Attend International Marketing Workshop as requesteD
- Oversee students through the entire admissions process ensuring timely and accurate answers to questions, including those relating to fees and payments
- Manage any student issues and escalate where necessary
- Ensure admissions processes are adhered to
- Support RAD in field activities, budget allocation and marketing events
- Report to RAD when issues arise and find conflict resolutions
- Prepare monthly reports of student enrolments against target for RAD
- Communicate well with students, parents, school and Sommet management regarding needs, issues and success.
