This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and educational counselling while contributing to the success of our enrolment strategy. The RAM is a key member in supporting and maximising the recruitment of students in the France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Monaco region. Developing the recruitment plan for the region, delivering student recruitment targets, and enhancing the regional presence of our highly esteemed institutions within the High School network through direct recruitment and beyond. The RAM is responsible for measuring and monitoring High School recruitment metrics against the regional marketing plan according to the agreed targets and budgets. Working closely with the marketing team to develop and execute new marketing strategies approved by the Director of Undergraduate Recruitment. In addition, the RAM supports the Regional Admissions Director (RAD) in maximising the recruitment of the region.Your Role
  • Assists in the planning and implementation of admissions and recruitment strategies
  • Manage and support sales and enrolment events at our campuses
  • Represents the Sommet Education Group at various recruitment events
  • Participate in student and professional fairs
  • Meet with educational partners (high schools, universities)
  • Meet future students and/or parents
  • Follow up leads closely by using our internal CRM system
  • Corresponds with prospective students including applicants, family, alumni, school counsellors and others seeking information on admissions standards
  • Conducts presentations and on-campus interviews of prospective students and their parents or guardians; assists in arranging campus tours; and attends training programs and staff development meetings
  • Develops programs and communication tools for the recruitment of prospective students.
  • Creates and maintains prospect records in the campus recruiting management (CRM) system
  • Prepares reports and/or analyses data to coordinate recruiting efforts.
  • Performs related or similar duties as required or assigned.
Administration / Coordination
  • Provide timely reporting and invoicing of all expenses, including both personal travel as well as promotional expenses (according to Travel & Expense Policy)
  • Manage all advertising and promotion expenses according to budget
  • Attend International Marketing Workshop as requesteD
Field Support
  • Oversee students through the entire admissions process ensuring timely and accurate answers to questions, including those relating to fees and payments
  • Manage any student issues and escalate where necessary
  • Ensure admissions processes are adhered to
  • Support RAD in field activities, budget allocation and marketing events
  • Report to RAD when issues arise and find conflict resolutions
  • Prepare monthly reports of student enrolments against target for RAD
  • Communicate well with students, parents, school and Sommet management regarding needs, issues and success.
About YouEducated to degree level or relevant work experience in business management, hospitality, tourism, education recruitment sector, working in admissions, student recruitment for international or domestic students or equivalent. Minimum 3 years proven track record in successfully leading sales, with a proven track record of commitment, demonstrating great customer service ethos. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills. With good interpersonal skills and the ability to build good relationships with High Schools and agents, developing new markets and growing student numbers.
