Job DescriptionLocation: Lisbon, PortugalRole: Greek speaking Technical Support AdvisorSalary: basic gross p/m 957€ (paid 14 months) + Euro 100 p/m bonus potential plus net per working day 7.23 Euro food voucherWorking hrs: 40 hrs p/week between Monday to Friday – 8 am to 5 pmRelocation: flight reimbursement + subsidised room in company apartment in Lisbon for rent of 280 euro p/mThe CompanyOur client is a global outsourcing partner - they currently operate in over 35 different countries worldwide. For their multilingual hub in the beautiful capital city in Lisbon, they are looking to recruit Greek Technical Support Advisors.The RoleAs a Finnish Technical Support Advisor you will represent a global lighting brand. You will be the first point of contact for customers via phone, emails and chat and will answer qeneral Inquiries and solve any technical issues they might experience. First time resolution, taking ownership and customer satisfaction are very much important in this role. This will suit someone who has an interest in technology and who likes to troubleshoot.Requirements

Fluent Greek and English
Previous Customer service or technical support experience desired
Excellent communication skills
Ability to multi-task
IT literate, interest in new technologies
