- Generating opportunities from marketing qualified leads or self-generated leads
- Assessing customers' needs and translating those to Cloud Products and Services
- Developing opportunities in alignment with the customer buying process and closing sales
- Working collaboratively with other team members to identify cloud solutions
- Collaborating with Technical Sales Team, Field Sales Team, and Solution Provider
- Driving consumption and extending the customer lifecycle by engaging in renewal activities
- Identify and profile potential prospects
- Manage assigned leads or end customers via telephone to detect potential business opportunities
- Qualify leads into opportunities via BANT methodology, and generate up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
- Managing pipeline, forecasting business, and developing influential relationships with existing customers
- Administering CRM tools, goals, Salesforce
- Collaborate with country field managers and engage resources to drive opportunities to closure
- Supporting territory performance with revenue generation activities: Using aggressive hunting and farming techniques, assessing customer current/future technology needs engaging in follow-up discussions with customers
- Presenting the value proposition to close deals and preparing necessary sales documentation
- Follow up and conduct necessary sales activities on active opportunities until the deal closes
- Follow up on dedicated marketing campaigns, assign leads to partners, lead follow-up concerning status and processing, check leads that have been converted into opportunities.
- From 2 years of experience in IT sales (Saas, Paas, Iaas) in related positions - Business Development, Lead Generation & Qualification, Sales Development Representative, etc
- Possess Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Excellent communication in Vietnamese & English
- Strong in pitching skill & need identification
