- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve company revenue targets for trade finance products and services.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, including banks, financial institutions, and corporations.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by leveraging market knowledge and industry contacts.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the trade finance industry.
- Work closely with the credit and risk management teams to structure and price trade finance transactions in line with company policies and procedures.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients, highlighting the benefits of the company's trade finance products and services.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, qualification, proposal development, and closing deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, legal, and compliance, to ensure timely and accurate execution of trade finance transactions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or related discipline
- Minimum eight years of sales experience in Trade Finance or Corporate Banking
- Strong understanding of trade finance products
- Excellent relationship management and experience being a 'hunter'
- Excellent track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets in the UAE
